Foundation wrapped up; rough-in underway across the second floor.
Waterproofing and the garage slab were completed early in the week, closing out the foundation phase. Plumbing and electrical rough-in began on the second floor and are progressing well. The main thing to watch is rock at the north footing, which surfaced late in the week and may need a change order.
